There seems to be some confusion as to what is expected this Friday, May 8th, in terms of your Macbeth journal entries. You are responsible for 5 entries (all previously assigned):
Your Romeo and Juliet Journals are DUE May 8th – there will be no extensions beyond this date.

Today, we are going to finish Macbeth by viewing the remainder of Roman Polanski’s film. I want you to make notes as you watch and to consider the following for your 5th and final blog post for this unit.

Re-watch the film and stage performances of the Porter’s monologue in Act II, Scene iii of Macbeth. Compare and contrast with the lines of the play. Which version of the Porter do you feel best represents the atmosphere and mood of the play? Why? Post to your blog.
